Our quality policy is built on three commitments: measure everything that matters, document every process and result, and continuously improve based on data. We do not rely on end-of-line inspection alone — quality is built into every stage of the production processes we oversee across our partner network.
Every production step is verified against documented standards before the part advances to the next operation. Every critical dimension is confirmed before we accept output from our production partners. Every non-conformance is tracked, root-caused, and corrected. All measurement tools are calibrated regularly in accordance with ISO quality procedures, ensuring audit-ready results at all times.
Quality Process
Quality Control Workflow
Every precision CNC part follows a structured oversight process — from supplier output through final verification before shipment.
Incoming Inspection
Parts and raw materials received from production partners are verified against material certificates. Chemical composition and dimensional checks are completed before we accept the goods into our supply chain.
In-Process Control
First article inspection on every batch. Our quality team coordinates dimensional checks at defined intervals using calibrated instruments to oversee partner output throughout the production run.
Final Inspection
100% critical dimension check against engineering drawings before we deliver. Surface finish verification, visual inspection, and functional testing where required — every order verified by MegaMETA before shipment.
Documentation
Inspection reports, material certificates, and measurement data compiled and shipped with every order. Full traceability maintained across the entire supply chain.

Precision Measurement Capabilities
CMM with Scanning Probe
Hexagon Lite CMM with scanning probe for complex 3D geometry verification. Touch-probe and continuous scanning capability for micrometer-level accuracy on critical dimensions.
Surface Roughness Testing
Portable and bench-type profilometers for Ra, Rz, and Rt surface finish measurements per ISO 4287. Ensures machined surfaces meet specified finish requirements.
Hardness Testing
Rockwell, Vickers, and Brinell hardness testing for material verification, heat treatment confirmation, and post-processing quality control.
Micrometers & Bore Gauges
Three-point bore micrometers and precision hand tools for internal and external dimensional verification. All measurement tools calibrated regularly per ISO quality procedures.
Thread Gauges
Comprehensive thread gauge sets covering Metric, BSPS, UNF, and NPTF standards. Go/no-go verification for all threaded features to ensure assembly fit.
VMM & CMM Technology
Video measuring machines and coordinate measurement technology for non-contact inspection of complex profiles, small features, and contour verification.

Full Material Traceability
Every raw material batch supplied through our partner network is accompanied by a mill certificate (EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2). We verify incoming material properties at our inspection stage and maintain full batch traceability from raw stock through finished part delivery.
