Every shipment from MegaMETA includes the documentation required by your quality system. Additional documentation is available on request and can be tailored to your specific requirements.
Material Certificates
EN 10204 Type 3.1 and 3.2 mill certificates for all raw materials. Chemical composition, mechanical properties, and heat treatment records.
Dimensional Inspection Reports
First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), CMM measurement reports, and dimensional verification data for all critical features.
Test Reports
Hardness test reports, surface roughness measurements, pressure test results, and non-destructive testing documentation as required.
